By purchasing products or services from GK Builds, accessing our website, or engaging with our business in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or make purchases from us. 

GK Builds is a retail business specializing in custom-built desktop gaming computers and related services. We are committed to providing high-quality gaming systems tailored to our customers' needs. 

• All gaming computers are built to order using brand-new components unless otherwise specified
• Component specifications are subject to change due to availability, with substitutions being of equal or greater value
• Each system includes Windows installation and activation unless otherwise requested
• Build time may vary based on component availability and order volume

• All components are purchased from authorized distributors and retailers
• We reserve the right to substitute components with equivalent or superior alternatives when original specifications are unavailable
• Customers will be notified of any significant component changes before shipment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Prices include standard assembly and testing
• Additional services (custom cable management, overclocking, etc.) may incur additional charges
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable

• Full payment is required before build commencement unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as available
• All transactions are processed securely

• Orders are confirmed via email upon payment processing
• Order details and specifications will be provided in writing
• Any changes to orders must be requested before build commencement

• Standard build time is 5-10 business days from order confirmation
• Shipping time varies based on location and chosen shipping method
• Delays may occur due to component availability or unforeseen circumstances
• Customers will be notified of any significant delays

• GK Builds provides a 30-day comprehensive warranty on all complete systems
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship and component failures
• Individual component manufacturer warranties remain in effect beyond our warranty period
• Warranty is void if system is modified, damaged by misuse, or tampered with

• Individual components carry their respective manufacturer warranties
• GK Builds will assist with manufacturer warranty claims when possible
• Dead-on-arrival (DOA) components will be replaced at no charge within 7 days of delivery

• Complete systems may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
• Restocking fee of 15% applies to returned systems in resalable condition
• Custom configurations or special orders may not be eligible for return

• Physical damage due to mishandling, accidents, or abuse
• Damage caused by liquid spills, power surges, or environmental factors
• Software issues not related to initial installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications made by customer or third parties

• Basic technical support is provided for 30 days after purchase
• Support includes assistance with initial setup and basic troubleshooting
• Extended support services are available for additional fees

• Post-warranty repair services are available at competitive rates
• Labor charges apply to out-of-warranty repairs
• Estimates will be provided before work begins

• GK Builds' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

• Customers are responsible for backing up their data
• GK Builds is not liable for data loss during service or repair
• Software installation is provided as a convenience; licensing compliance is customer's responsibility

• Customers must operate systems within manufacturer specifications
• Proper ventilation and environmental conditions must be maintained
• Regular maintenance and updates are customer's responsibility

• Customers are responsible for software licensing compliance
• Pirated or unlicensed software voids warranty and support
• Operating system and drivers are installed as a service; ongoing updates are customer responsibility

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties
• Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant processors
• Service records may be retained for warranty and support purposes

GK Builds is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, or component shortages.
